The NemoRenSys Development Goals:


NemoRenSys and Co Update… et « coup de gueule » …



Since several years, we are living in a crisis situation, health, financial, economic, security, energy and many other reasons… we have only reasons not to do things, but no reasons to change that… is it a reason to?...


Trying to “finance “such projects is far away been a trivial task, today, it is absolutelly impossible to tell or give real data, for the next time, even short-term period, metal prices, energy prices, security risks due to war situations and many other things...


My main objective was to get finances for NemoRenSys concept and related systems, which, in reality composed in several unit’s mandatory for SaMantha and Medusa, but, at my knowledge, the actual finances have a moto, “I want to invest, do nothing, and …”, were the return is in very simple mathematics in the form of: invested amount multiplied by an infinite factor similar to:   (ROI) =ninvest (before thinking investing). 

 this seems to be the most important investors finance formula, and this, before starting to think about thinking investing…


Sorry, I don t want to be negative, even if I’m, but my experience is very similar to… (excuses STOP…)


Also, I did present the system description, that I was forced to remove very quickly because of the nature of the questions…but, let’s go further …


The NemoRenSys concepts are unique, and, every point is improved until a maximum efficiency and cost …


To be clear,


NemoRenSys can generate underwater electricity which can immediately been used for Green Hydrogen Generation but also, … and this without any environmental impact… temperature, pollutions, co2 ...


if we consider the alkaline/pem electrolysis with a value of 1MW=60Kg of green hydrogen, the NemoRenSys capabilities will be 1GW, =1000MW,

in modules of 1,2 and 4 MW, @60, 120 and 240KG of GH2 per hour,

at an actual price (click on S&P select Europe Alkaline and/or PEM) of realistic  4€/$//kg bring a low price of:


if: (1/1000 of normal power capabilities…)

  • 1MW power generated per hour brings:

    • 60 kg green hydrogen converted brings:
    • For 8760 hours per year, with a capacity factor over 95%,
    • 4 €/$ per GH2/kg gh2 market price (again S&P please(today…) or 1.77 to 32$ per kg but BLACK – GREY not GREEN …) this brings= 35.040€/$ per year for 1 MW, but, again, don’t forget NemoRenSys is 1000 times this, 1GW in place of 1MW…

 

    • The system costs are probably less than 0.1k€/$/hr./MW (opex)
    • System lifetime target over 15 years… (electrolyser lifetime) …
    • No installation costs…
    • Unmanned,
    • Renting, leasing, insurance, any other are close to nihil…
    • Maintenance costs low, no underwater maintenance…

 

1 NemoRenSys,

  • 1GW is equivalent to 500 of 2 MW onshore wind turbines,
  • or 200 5 GW new Offshore wind turbines,


this is also equivalent to about if (European values a little bit better in sunny environment, space radiative solar is 1536 Wc)


if: 200Wc/M² or 5.000M² or 0.5Ha,


for optimal exposition  1MW…5.000.000M² for 1GW = 500Ha


NemoRenSys underwater used area is less than 1Ha) (which is also not using any sensitive land).

Feel free to calculate, a statistic house; 2 adults, 2 kids use 3.3KWh per day is a well-accepted value…

 

Want to talk about CO2? Generates 0 but can save… up to… depending how you calculate…

Further:

Due to the innovative modular conception and the sea surface maintenance, the system prices, CAPEX is very low, hard to mention today because the of volatility of the metal prices and international situation…


The NemoRenSys locations are unlimited, only more ocean deep, international waters? the best, … no installation work… and, INTERNATIONAL WATERS… EEZ…


While and when the crypto was in trouble, I thought that CryptoMining is/was/will be a good solution to get finances, wrong way, no interest (out of monetary) at all... and, if I do the calculation, I don’t know any CryptoMining rig able to generate as much money as solutions like NemoRenSys, electrical production, nor green hydrogen also here, the modularity capabilities can be a real plus…


Today, my main headache, out of the founding, is the system configuration; I must have gas generation for systems operations, but what must be the various cases, knowing that the metal prices is far away of evident, like renewables, the copper, nickel, platinum, palladium, and related material prices and products availability as well situation remains unknown… share between electricity, green hydrogen (electrolyser costs) … That is the Question...


Also, in many cases, if an interest occurs, immediately a university or related must be present, meaning, but never said, "give us (even no please…) everything " you can keep … nothing must further work for us but what you will give us will never be enough…


I normally work by analogy to explain things, I’m a very bad teacher, no patience… telling here that the gravity, buoyancy are the NemoRenSys motors, like for the fishes (swim bladder), submarine or dirigible balloon (blimp)/zeppelin, generating the gases via electrolysis … STOP it is impossible, you invent perpetum momentum (lasting moment) … and further… I use and optimize the propeller systems, thanks to the water properties… STOP, it is too much and… don’t try to try to explain… they know everything about everything without knowing or inventing anything… but of course, want everything for free plus a bonus… their names are frequently … ’investors”…


I can only say this, if NemoRenSys solution is taken in countries like Monaco, or  Island like Madeira, Canary Island, if we stay in Europe, the only requirement is …water deep, the more the better, shallow waters like north sea, Maldives, are not possible… there is no need for any solar panels, wind turbines or any other ugly, expensive or unnecessary disturbing systems anymore, imagine, Monaco being a green hydrogen exporter, keeping the actual electrical grid system, perhaps with some improvements, and this for a country where it is impossible to get 1M² of free space… this is a dream, never any well placed energy companies producer or linked into that field will allow an external newcomer to try to share a part of their assets… but, honestly said, for a very small portion of the prices, capex/opex the complete energy production market for countries like Portugal, Spain, France UK, Ireland, US, Mexico, Cuba, you name it… can be make, keeping the large offshore wind for the shallow waters… even we can use the HVDC network for energy distribution…


Ok, for hydrogen, pipeline? Or, “chicken and egg “problem, why not the old gas propane tank solution, container 58M3 equivalent GH2/GO2… and do the whole logistic around it…


Why 5 °c because the average deep water temperature is 5°c...

Now you know why… SaMantha and Medusa,


Both of them are a modular working unit of NemoRenSys, some light “add on” must be made to allow the GW range for his operations.


For testing purposes, Medusa, is based on a former modular UAV heavy weight transport solution, in the air, but here a “pactive” (passive active) solution is made, allowing Green Hydrogen/Oxygen generation, but for both of them, SaMantha and Medusa, they are traveling 3 dimensions, while Nemorensys is cable guided…


The initial proposed generation capabilities a reduced, a few MW, can be easily used for generation, the main difference is all of them generated the gases into “cocoons ” of up to 58M3, who needs to be transported to destination and exchanged for further uses…



SaMantha design allows far longer distances than


Medusa, using "Hercules" the UAV initial design is underevaluations to allow "cocoon" air transportation... this will allow logistics issues over land .... WIP 


Ok, now, are you the “described – or innovative “investor?


and if, as proposition,  a system similar to ? crowd funding? or buying shares "Energy/GH2/GO2"  for Medusa and SaMantha, possible, the start investment can be low, for around 400K€ a complete solution can be made, with an excellent ROI, withing 3 years, you get a money back, the idea is to propose a loan, and go further, or?


Any realistic idea?


Knowing that a first system is on the way, and, as soon as the CAPEX for a first unit is reached, a self, ok, slow, money generation/system generation will be there, only 4MW, 200KG GH2/GO2 can be generated, per hour, if European prices always above 4€/$ per kg… while grey/black can be close to 2€/$ with all the negative effects…


Monetary hypothesis for Medusa,


200KG(4MW)*8570 (hours)*4(price) = 6.856.000€/$ per year with a realistic capex of less than 600k€…and less than 0.01€/MW opex…


 in more realistic 2nd level, more expensive, 


  • 6"needles" of 4Mw = 24MW @ 60KG/MW= 1440 KG GH2 per hour,
  • 8570 (hour per year)  bring us to a total of 12.340.800 €/$
  • * 4 (€/$ per Kg)
  • = 49.363.200€/$


for one system...


if this is not a good investment, than, I don t understand anymore... 


System Availability,

The manufacturing system uses lot of hightech solutions, due to the modularity, if the finance and personal issues are solved, an initial system can be made in around 6 months, fast enough? mid 2022 starting production q2 2023...

Also compressors are required to optimize the systems
